Our story began in January 2022, when I (Nicole) swiped right on Dan on Bumble. He was only my second date on the app, and let's just say, I wasn't expecting much. A born-and-raised Texan, matched with a true New Yorker; I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure if our worlds would mesh—big city hustle meeting Southern charm? But there was something about him—his energy, his smile—that instantly made me feel at ease. Our first date was a cozy ramen spot followed by drinks, where we spent hours talking about our dreams and playing songs on the jukebox. It was a perfect night, and as we laughed together, neither of us was looking for a relationship, but we both quickly realized we couldn’t imagine being with anyone else.

We’ve shared so many incredible moments since then. From traveling to new places, to simply being silly and goofy at home, we just click. Dan, the hard-working entrepreneur, always pushes himself to achieve more, while I (Nicole) am the laid-back, go-with-the-flow type—finding joy in the little things. Our connection is built on love, communication, and a sense of humor that never seems to fade. We've faced some challenges, too, but together, we've weathered the storm.

So, here we are—getting married! Who would’ve thought that two people who weren't even looking for love would find something so real and unbreakable? We’ve proven that when two people are meant to be, they just are, no matter how goofy or unexpected the journey may be!
